Main Road from Xela to Guatemala City

This is just a sample of the road system that will take you through Guatemala. It's most excellent, but you still have to remain ever vigilant.
The altitude on this sample ranges from 8,000 to 10,000 feet.

You asked for it, so I hope you enjoy!

A Laid Back Weekend in San Pedro

Crashmaster and I boogied over to San Pedro today. San Pedro is on the other side of Lago Atitlán from Panajachel. It is way more laid back than Panajachel. There are a lot of hippies here and the things that go with them Very mellow.

The view going down the mountain side to San Pedro:

Entering town:

Of course, riding a bike down a treacherous, twisty road is a lot of work and can tire you out easily
